DEARWENT & ASSOCIATES, LLC is a Contingency Physician Recruitment firm dedicated to the Healthcare industry and specializing in Georgia physician practice opportunities. Our client facilities include hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty groups and all other practice types.

Donald E. Dearwent, President, was born and raised in Georgia.  He attended John Marshall Law School and Oglethorpe University before entering the Healthcare field.  Don personally brings over 36 years of physician recruitment experience to this organization. Dearwent & Associates has provided physician staffing, management consulting, and immigration services to rural hospitals, individual and group practices, major medical centers, and ambulatory care centers throughout the South. As a further commitment to our clients and physician candidates, we place physicians in the South, where we live. Residing in the South affords the consultant first hand knowledge of the state's Healthcare issues and economic viability, coupled with personal feedback on schools, recreation and livability.

We are members of the Christian Medical & Dental Associations, an organization which exists to motivate, educate, and equip Christian physicians and Dentists by living out the character of Christ in their homes, practices, communities and around the world.
